MAASH provides engineered ventilation systems designed to achieve healthy indoor air quality and balanced air distribution. Our scope includes the design, fabrication and installation of both site-built and factory-fabricated ducting rectangular, round and flat-oval — using GMS and Pre-Insulated Duct Board.
Thermal insulation materials such as XLPE, Closed-Cell Nitrile, Polyurethane Foam (PUF) and Thermocol are applied to maintain performance, while acoustic insulation including Glass Wool and Open-Cell Nitrile supports comfort and noise reduction. Each system undergoes airflow balancing, duct leakage assessment and sound-level checks to ensure proper function and alignment with design performance.

MAASH delivers integrated heating system solutions as part of its broader HVAC installation capability. Our piping scope includes chilled water, condensate water, process chilled water and refrigerant lines, installed using durable, high-quality materials to ensure long-term reliability.
We also supply and integrate Hot Water Generators and related components to meet both comfort and industrial applications. All piping is insulated using approved materials to minimise energy loss and prevent condensation, supporting efficiency, durability and stable thermal performance.
